I had to pay postage on my Smiley kit! What happened?

Smiley360 will NEVER ask you to pay for postage. This charge must be coming from your Post Office. If it's possible, we advise picking it up at the post office to waive the fee.

If a Smiley kit is attempted to be delivered to you and you are asked to pay for postage, you can decline the kit and it will be returned to Smiley360. We can then arrange to re-ship the kit at no cost to you.
