I can't find a product in store. What should I do?

For some of our Missions, instead of sending a physical product we will send a full-value coupon for you to redeem in store. This is usually in the case of perishable food products that you will need to pick up fresh, or a heavy product that would be too expensive to ship in the mail.

If you're having difficulty finding the product, here's what you can do:

  1. Visit the brand's website and use the product locator to find the product near you. We will often link to a brand's product locator on your Mission Page.
  2. If your store does not currently have the product, ask the store manager if they plan on carrying it in the near future.
  3. Look for another store near to you that may have the product. Before you make the trip, call ahead to ask if they have it in stock.
  4. If all else fails, contact us and let us know the exact address of the store(s) you searched. We can share this information with the brand so they know to re-stock that location.
