How do I disconnect a Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account?
Connected the wrong Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account to your Smiley account? Here's how to disconnect from each social network.
For Facebook:
Go into your Facebook settings and under 'Apps', remove our app's connection called 'Single Click Sharing'. Once you have removed the app, log out of that Facebook account. It will take up to 24 hours for this change to update in your Smiley account.
If you want to connect a different Facebook account, log into the Facebook account you wish to connect. Then in your Smiley360 settings just reconnect to the new Facebook account.
For Twitter:
Head to the settings page and under 'Apps', remove our app's connection called 'SML Production'. Once you have revoked access, log out of that Twitter account. It will take up to 24 hours for this change to update in your Smiley account.
If you want to connect a different Twitter account, log into the Twitter account you wish to connect. Then in your Smiley360 settings just reconnect to the new Twitter account.
For Instagram:
- Go to 'Edit Profile' by clicking on your username in the top right corner.
- Click 'Manage Applications' on the left hand side and then find our app (which is called Vesta).
- You can then click 'Revoke Access' to disconnect your Instagram account from your Smiley account
It may take up to 24 hours for the connection to reflect in your Smiley account.
